Empower Academy Return Policy

At Empower Academy, we take pride in the quality of our merchandise. To maintain fairness for all customers and prevent misuse of our return system, the following return policy applies to all merchandise purchases.
All Sales Final on Worn or Used Merchandise
Returned items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all original packaging and tags attached.
Empower Academy reserves the right to deny any return that shows signs of wear, washing, damage, odor, or alteration.
Return Window
Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery. Requests made after 14 days will not be accepted.
Once a return is approved, the item must be received by Empower Academy within 7 days of the approval date.
Return Authorization Required
All returns must be pre-approved by Empower Academy.
Unauthorized returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted or refunded.

Shipping Costs

Refund Processing
Once the return is received and inspected:

Processing may take 5–10 business days depending on the customer's bank
Empower Academy reserves the right to issue store credit instead of a refund in cases of excessive returns or suspected abuse of the return policy.
Fraud Prevention
Empower Academy monitors return activity and reserves the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or deny refunds if we suspect fraudulent, abusive, or excessive return behavior.
