Account Deletion

If you have an account in the Empower Academy mobile app, you can request the permanent deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time.

In-App Deletion

1. Open the Empower Academy App.

2. Go to Settings → Account.

3. Select Delete Account and confirm your request.

When you delete your account through the app, we will remove your account and all associated personal data from our systems, except where retention is required for legal, security, or fraud prevention purposes. Any retained data will only be used for those purposes and will be deleted once no longer necessary.

Request Deletion via Web or Email

If you cannot delete your account in-app, you can submit a request by emailing us:

• Email: privacy@empower-academy.online

• Subject: Account Deletion Request

• Include in your email:

  • Your full name

  • The email address or username associated with your account

  • A confirmation that you want the account permanently deleted

We will verify your identity and process your request. Once completed, you will receive a confirmation email.

Important Notes About Deletion

• Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

• You will lose access to any stored progress, settings, or features tied to your account.

• We cannot recover your account once deletion is confirmed.
