Julie Ashe was a kind and compassionate young woman with a big heart. That evening, she gratefully accepted his help, and when he finished changing the tire and asked for a ride to the gas station, she couldn’t bring herself to refuse. It was a cold night, and he had just done her a favor.

Target Prevention Route
We teach how to detect being under surveillance because surveillance is a key phase in the targeting cycle of a planned attack. Before an assault, kidnapping, or robbery occurs, the attacker often conducts surveillance to gather information, identify routines, and assess vulnerability. If a student can recognize this phase, they have the power to disrupt the entire attack before it begins.
