Empower 101 Course Overview The Empower 101 Course is a comprehensive, real-world safety training program designed to equip individuals with the critical skills needed to recognize, avoid, and respond to threats before they escalate. Developed by a retired U.S. Army Green Beret, this course is built on proven strategies used by elite professionals, now adapted for everyday life and accessible to anyone, students, parents, or professionals. Through 14 engaging modules, participants will master the core principles of situational awareness, analytical thinking, target prevention, and environmental threat recognition. The course also includes essential training in areas such as reading non-verbal body language, safeguarding social media presence, recognizing surveillance, escape out of handcuffs, rope, duct tape, zip ties, navigating high-risk spaces like choke points and transitional zones, and conflict de-escalation.
